Booking Conditions

Guaranteeing Reservations
If your booking request is successful we will need your credit card number to act as a
guarantee for the reservation.You can either include your card details now with your
booking request, or alternatively you can send this information to us by fax: +99412 493-72-53.

 If your credit card details have not been received at the hotel by 14:00 local
time on the day before arrival then we reserve the right to cancel your booking. We
accept American Express, Master Card and VISA. 


Changes 
Please advise any changes to your reservation by E-mail or by fax to +99412 493-72-53

Cancellations
If you need to cancel a booking you must do so at the latest by at 14:00 by local time the
day before arrival. If you cancel later this time, or do not cancel but then fail to
check-in, then we reserve the right to make a charge of the value of 1 night's stay
